Sven Orosz provides comprehensive advice to companies in the energy sector and public authorities on renewable energy law and energy contract law. His work focuses on the legally compliant structuring and implementation of energy projects, including the drafting and negotiation of project, supply, and usage agreements. In addition, Mr. Orosz supports clients in EU state aid and subsidy law, in particular in the structuring, application, and securing of government subsidies.
