Paul Greiner advises grid operators and local authorities in concession procedures for electricity and gas grids. In addition to enforcing bidders' rights in court, he also focuses on supporting ongoing tendering procedures. In addition to concessions for electricity and gas grids, Mr. Greiner also advises on heating grids and projects, in particular in connection with the requirements of the Heating Planning Act. Mr. Greiner's field of activity is rounded off by his consulting practice for biofuels and e-mobility.

Studies

Studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg. Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg with stages in Nuremberg and Düsseldorf in the energy law team of a major international law firm.

Research assistant at the Chair of German and Bavarian Constitutional and Administrative Law (Prof. Dr. Max-Emanuel Geis) at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
