Mr. Fischbeck specializes in energy contract law and provides comprehensive advice on all contractual issues in the energy industry. His focus is on drafting and providing legal support for contracts for energy infrastructure as well as electricity and heat supply contracts. Another focus of his work is providing legal advice to municipalities on the planning, implementation, and participation in energy projects. His advice not only covers energy law aspects, but also includes municipal law, subsidy law, and public procurement law issues. His practice is completed by advising on general energy law.
Studied law at LMU Munich (focus: public commercial and infrastructure law). First state law examination with distinction. Legal clerkship in the district of the Munich Higher Regional Court. Second state law examination with distinction and notary grade.
