Dr. Laura Maria Wolfstädter advises on district heating supply law and supports energy supply projects for residential and commercial areas. An additional focus of her work is advising companies in the energy sector on IT security requirements regarding critical infrastructures. In addition, Dr. Wolfstädter supports clients in enforcing and defending claims in all phases of energy litigation. She advises on disputes involving civil law issues as well as regulatory aspects. Her field of activity is rounded off by her advisory practice on general energy law and European law.
Law studies at Humboldt University Berlin and in Bordeaux (France). Doctorate at Leipzig University on European security and defense law with stay at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations at the Federal Ministry of Defense and in a French commercial law firm in Paris.
