Laura Maria Wolfstädter advises on renewable energy law and particularly aisstes PV projects and battery energy storage systems (BESS). An additional focus of her work is the enforcement of and defense against claims in all phases of energy litigation. Ms. Wolfstädter advises clients in disputes involving both civil law and regulatory aspects. Her practice is completed by her advisory practice in general energy law and European law.
Law studies at Humboldt University Berlin and in Bordeaux (France). Research on European security and defense law with stay at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal with stations at the Federal Ministry of Defense and in a French commercial law firm in Paris.
