Fiammetta Kremer advises primarily on general energy law, in particular on grid usage and grid connection related issues as well as the regulatory requirements of e-mobility. In addition, Ms. Kremer advises on the contractual design of energy projects, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs) with renewable energy plants or heat supply agreements in the form of contracting. Ms. Kremer’s field of activity is complemented by energy procurement law, e.g., energy supply for public clients and the award of network concessions.

Studies

Law Studies at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the Aix-Marseille University (France) with a focus on European and International law. Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich with stations in Munich and Milan (Italy). First and second state law examinations with distinction.

Professional Experience

Collaboration in various commercial law firms with focus on German-Italian legal advice in corporate and commercial law.
