Christina von Waldow mainly advises on energy contract law (drafting and negotiating of energy supply contracts, enforcement of and defense against claims arising out of or in connection with energy deliveries). Further, she advises clients on all issues regarding the framework for the generation of Renewable Energy (especially the EEG) and the development of renewable energy projects. Regulatory support for network operators completes her practice.
