Focus

Anette Purucker advises on general energy law and energy contract law along the entire value chains of electricity, gas and heat. She also advises clients on all issues relating to the framework for renewable energies (in particular pursuant to the German Renewable Energy Act) and on the development of new projects in the electricity and heat sector. A particular focus of her advice lies on supporting energy-intensive companies in all aspects of energy compliance as well as EU state aid and subsidy law.

Studies

Studied English and law at the Universities of Bayreuth, Leeds and Kiel. Traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig. LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université de Lausanne.

Worked for many years in a law firm on the subject of public commercial law. Associate at a leading German commercial law firm with a focus on commercial and distribution law.
