Focus
Anette Purucker primarily advises on general energy law and energy contract law across the entire value chains for electricity, gas, and heat. She also assists clients in developing new projects in the electricity, heat, and hydrogen sector. One particular focus is support for projects in relation to procurement and contract law. Her advice also focuses in particular on regulatory support for geothermal and storage projects in environmental, construction, and mining law, as well as district heating regulation.

Studied English and law at the Universities of Bayreuth, Leeds and Kiel. Traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Schleswig. LL.M. in International Business Law at the Université de Lausanne.
